Phase 1

Planning

• Gather and upload athletic logos / action photos/ and any other design materials to ICS
• Fill out "Feature Request" Questionnaire
• Choose a domain name

Phase 2

Conception

• Create an initial prototype for client review
• Collect feedback from client based on prototype
• When satisfied, customer approves athletic website design

Phase 3

Development

• Slice approved design into correct image formats and sizes
• Create CSS stylesheet based on approved layout
• Create stylesheet based on approved layout
• Create customized headers (static or flash) for client approval

Phase 4

Implementation

• Integrate approved design into SIDEARM software
• Apply all styles (fonts, colors, and layouts) from approved design
• ICS staff goes through final run-through of site
• Ensure customer is well trained on the SIDEARM software
• Launch your NEW SIDEARM Athletics website!

Phase 5

Support

• Respond to and address any technical or design concerns
• Ensure any critical issues are immediately addressed
• Setup analytics to gather website traffic information
• Complete a post-launch conversation to ensure client is thrilled with their new SIDEARM Athletics website!
